At Entropia, I am the brand champion for AIA Malaysia, one of the agency’s first and biggest clients. I lead a team of two full-time executives and work in synergy with our diverse creative team and performance marketing team on the highly demanding account. Some of my key duties here are: - Defining the role and business outcome for the brand on its digital platforms across paid, owned and earned media- Creating and managing the content marketing calendar and consumer communications plan and ensuring quality of output- Partnering with performance marketing, media owners and digital publishers for a comprehensive view of paid media- Analyzing performance across digital touchpoints for learnings and improvement- Manage the performance of my team members and provide a clear path of progression for each individualIn my time at Entropia I was also involved in producing influencer-led video campaigns for Estee Lauder Companies (with influencers Zamrina Zamrim and Talitha Tan)

As a team lead and later on manager at IPG's social media arm Rally Worldwide, I worked closely with my team members to plan and execute the 4 marketing aspects of social media (content creation, community management, commerce activities, crisis management) for the brands we work for. During my tenure here I led the team on KFC Malaysia, the agency’s pioneer account, Solvil et Titus and a short stint on the CIMB account, while also participating in pitches, awards submissions and leadership and skills training as and when required. • Oversaw at least one nationwide crisis and defused 80 crises incidences for KFC• Adopted and initiated Bahasa Malaysia content strategy for KFC Malaysia which subsequently saw increase in Twitter engagement and relevancy for the brand among mass Malays• Streamlined Instagram content strategy which resulted in 10x follower growth in a year

I started as the first social media intern before being offered a full time position as a Storyteller for brands. Here, I oversaw the social media presence and brand health of the agency’s clients across multiple industries, including clients in Singapore. I worked closely with the creative, communications and events team in the agency to achieve this objective. Some of my tasks include, but were not limited to:• Day-to-day community management on Facebook and Instagram• Content ideation & creation• Building relationship with clients• End-to-end campaign development and execution • Manage social ad buys• Provide insight and analysis for campaign and monthly reports• Assisted & worked with the PR team on multiple case studies and blog posts, press releases, emcee scripts and general proofreading.
