Provide early intervention therapy services following the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) to children ages 0-5 that are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Teach clients language, play, social, motor, and self-help skills. Foster a supportive environment while working one-on-one with clients experiencing developmental delays, ensuring needs are met. Apply appropriate behavioral principles to aid learning and life skills development.

Participate hands-on in experimental design, data collection, and analysis for ongoing lab research projects. Serve as primary experimenter on "Book Study" which examines the effect of exposure to diversity on children's racial thinking. Engage in qualitative coding of video and text data using Dedoose to create qualitative coding schemas.

Worked one-on-one with students taking CSE 131, a Java-based introduction to computer science course at WashU. Served as a recitation leader, supervising small groups working on in-class lab assignments. Provided necessary input to help students progress through assignments, answered relevant questions, and explained key concepts. Further enabled student success in the course during office hours where I taught course material and walked through assignments on an individual basis.

Delivered exceptional service while completing 150-200 customer orders per shift. Memorized 100+ coffee, tea, and cocoa beverages; tasked with opening and closing store; established inclusive environment for employees and customers alike. Worked 25 hours/week.

Completed a paid research internship at the AASPIRE lab at OHSU and PSU working on NIH-funded studies that look into employment outcomes for autistic professionals as well as defining autistic burnout for autistic adults. My role involved reading medical literature, collecting data, cleaning and analyzing data, and building insights from it. The outcome was to build an online resource/intervention for these disability communities so they can be successful in the work environment.Following my research, I presented my findings at the ASE (Apprenticeships in Science & Engineering) symposium and co-authored "Hey, I Relate: A Qualitative Evaluation of An Online, Peer-Led, Early Psychosis Intervention for Young Adults" published in Psychiatric Services, a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal published monthly by the American Psychiatric Association.
