The idea of being a problem solver plays an important role on how I evaluate my productivity in the workplace. I love when customers come up with complicated problems, this only creates a challenge for me, and forces me to want to excel at coming up with a solution at all times. The satisfaction on the customer’s face is really what makes the job more Meaningful more than anything else.I am very curious, I’m always looking for new ways that would innovate and create even better opportunities for mostly young people with fresh ideas of taking the tourism and hospitality sector into the next level.In my 5 year experience of working in the tourism and hospitality industry, I have learnt alot about myself, and how important it is to be an active team player in the work place .In the restaurant and service delivery sector,l excel at making correct bookings, well trained in areas of designing and decorating a restaurant, keeping in mind that different atmospheres or set ups tend to play a big role on how a customers judges the place.I always bring positive energy and a great smile to work , these two are essential for me to always maintain since they are parts of what makes a customer believes that they made a right choice in choosing your company as their choice. I create tasks and finish them successfully My strength in working under pressure over the years has changed drastically.My abilities of being a leader have been sharpened,I have conducted quite a number of onboarding programs. I have challenged myself to work as a bartender , host, waitress,service consultant, a receptionist (night and Day). In all areas I have learnt a lot,and continue learning more each day .I really love working in the tourism and hospitality industry, meeting different people everyday,interacting with them has been nothing but blissful. Personally I have adapted some of the ways of communication and utilize them outside of working area.I value learning from others and getting inspiration, feel free to connect for very insightful conversations.
