Aisha Brown is a DEI champion, strategist and connector who is passionate about closing the gap between underrepresented communities and the advertising industry. Her DEI journey began in 2021 as the AD Club of New York’s Foundation and Inclusion Director where she was responsible for strengthening the talent pipeline through outreach strategies and scaling their Summer Internship and Women Fellowship programs. Aisha continues pouring into next generation talent as the Senior Director, Talent Programs at ANA Educational Foundation. Leading AEF’s MADE Internship, Mentorship and Campus Speakers programs brings her personal joy as she believes the industry can reach new heights when diverse talent is supported.Prior to her transition to DEI, Aisha spent two years in South Korea as an English teacher and eight years in the industry as a media buyer for GroupM, Wavemaker and Spark Foundry. In her down time, you can find Aisha exploring a new country, checking out a Broadway play or snapping photos at the hottest restaurants in town.Aisha is a native New Yorker and holds a BA in Print Journalism from Hampton University.
