Pursuing Master's in Computing at NUS where I'm specialising in Artificial Intelligence. My research interests are mainly in the domain of Computer Vision specifically in Video Understanding.However, after joining NUS, one of the courses has piqued my interest in another aspect of Machine Learning - Trustworthy ML. In the modern era, where data has become the most sensitive resource, where privacy can't be solved just for the majority when the minority bears the highest risk, this line of research becomes very important. We should strive to make systems, robust, private and fair. Previously I worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft.I worked as a part of Azure Blockchain Services Team to provide customers with a managed service for Hyper-ledger Fabric. HLF is an enterprise-grade private Blockchain network, facilitating enterprises to develop a trust network in their operations. I also worked for the Azure Agriculture team to solve a data science problem involving crop segmentation from satellite images.I graduated from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a First Class Honours. In undergrad college I was researching and doing projects in the fields of Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.My hobbies include photography and travelling.
