Job Concerned with IPTV - Perform monitoring of real time transmission alarm of exchange and outside cabinet.- Perform 24x7 shift duty monitoring the health of the Singtel consumer services(mobile, broadband, voice, data and TV).- Monitor live linear channels streaming without any abnormality.- In the event of outage, liaise with relevant operation teams and helpdesk immediately. Prepare and send out escalation for service outage and update until services restored. For a big transmission outage, setup conference bridge and invite other stakeholder to join bridge.- Real time attend to acknowledge the auto ticket from CTTS system and check any abnormalities in the transmission equipment and network from NMS.
