In my stint as a recruiter for TCS Pune & Nagpur branch, I have undertaken the following key responsibilities: - Fresher Hiring: Managed end-to-end hiring process for fresh graduates by preparing appropriate strategies to smoothly conduct high volumes of technical and non-technical interviews in the region- Hybrid Hiring: Hiring through innovative hiring mechanisms such as contests, constructs, internships, etc- Lateral Hiring: Hiring of experienced professionals ( including leadership roles) both for technical and non-technical requirements- Niche skill hiring for the region by collaborating with Business Unit heads- Collaborate with recruiting teams PAN India to provide support for all recruitment activities and to ensure that best practices are adhered to - Conduct post-offer connect sessions to ensure a healthy joining ratio- Student engagement: Devise strategies to engage prospective candidates on campuses by leveraging social media platforms like in-house Campus Commune (writing blogs, conducting quizzes, etc) - Design campus calendar based on the organization's recruitment strategy and set targets for the year and executing the same- Co-ordinate and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders like college Principals and TPOs- Analyze institute-wise records and demographics on regular basis and formulate workforce planning for campus hires- Deliver webinars and guest lectures on Career building, Pre-Placement Talks, and Post Offer Connects on various external forums

- Connected with the Business Units to understand the need and created JD accordingly- Designed and Managed the talent pipeline as per needs- Handled end to end recruitment process- Worked on attrition analysis and provided solutions for same- Assisted on exit formalities
