I have realized that my heart is in HR because I want to create a positive impact on people. I feel very proud to be a HR professional, and I think that’s linked to my beliefs. I believe in value, trust and integrity – all things I practice in my job on a daily basis. As an HR professional, I have to do three jobs: meet the objectives of the organizations I work for; train and develop people in ways that improve their working and personal lives; and contribute to the growth of future leaders. This is me in a nut shell.
