Supported the research, re-framing, and drafting of the Anti-Human Trafficking Club Manual: A Model Safe Community Initiative for Communities and Schools. The handbook will most likely be released in December 2021. Served in an administration role and as a rapporteur in various multi-stakeholder symposiums organised by IJM and attended by legal consultants and government counterparts, head of schools and enforcing agencies. The findings of these symposiums would be utilised in constructing the idea and implementation of anti human trafficking cells in government and private schools in West Bengal, India. (Population: 91M).

Led a Cervical Cancer Screening Program to raise awareness on cervical cancer and menstruation health and hygiene awareness involving individual and community participation, cervical cancer education, screening and diagnosis, and related treatment services, as well as establishing referral links among the target group. By supervising a team of 8+ persons, led the design and execution of surveys in red light area for 5000+ (15-49 year old) women. Throughout the project cycle, I managed interactions with funding agency, government stakeholders, and law enforcement organisations (local governing bodies), and I offered recommendations for the project's future development and sustainability. Managed and coordinated with the organisation's trustees to align project workplan activities within the allocated funds.
