Roles & Responsibilities: PART 1- Recruitment • Responsible for handling requirements fromUS based clients and mainly with state Clients.• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.• Sourcing from different Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, Hirez), Making job postings on the Job Portal.• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.• Maintain close contact with candidates•Stake holder management and work closely with clients to fulfill their demands and opening in project•Deliver recruiting expertise and seamless support to diverse industry clients in acquiring top talents.Part 2 - Management•Adding the requirement that comes from different Clients in Company’s Portal (Includes States and Private Clients)•Creating the documents and adding the requirement in the simple and Precise manner. (Documents includes- Skill matrix, declaration and RTR)•Managing Client's portal i.e Dotstaff, Vector VMS, Disys,LTIMindtree etc.•Updating and maintaining Closures of the requirements accordingly that comes from the Client side.•Informing the particular recruiter regarding status of the candidate.•Attending Meeting with the state clients (Weekly) and sharing the insights regarding the requirements to the team.•Discussing issues with the BA and Developers causing in the company Portal.•Performing UAT Testing as per the requirement
