At ACL Digital, I dive into projects from start to finish, beginning with gathering and analyzing business requirements to ensure a clear understanding of the project’s goals. I work closely with stakeholders, holding meetings to define their needs and expectations, then document everything in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) to guide our technical teams. Using Agile methodologies, I lead sprint planning and daily stand-ups, keeping the team on track and adaptable to any changes. I also manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that the final product aligns with our stakeholders’ vision, creating test scenarios, and release notes, and guiding users through the testing process. Throughout the project, I use Power BI to develop dashboards that visualize data and provide insights into key metrics, which I regularly share with stakeholders to keep everyone updated on progress. Additionally, I utilize Confluence to document project requirements and deliverables, making it easy for everyone involved to stay informed. My focus is always on clear, consistent communication and collaboration, which helps ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the organization’s strategic goals.

PROJECT- 1In my healthcare project at Clairvoyant, I led the requirements-gathering process through workshops with healthcare professionals, capturing their needs and translating them into specifications for our engineering team. I worked with SQL, Excel, and Looker for data mapping and visualization, which improved decision-making accuracy. I implemented ITIL processes, integrating OneTrust to streamline GDPR and HIPAA compliance and enhance data visibility. For EMR/EHR systems like EPIC and Cerner, I applied HL7 and FHIR standards to facilitate seamless data integration and collaborated with clinicians to tailor solutions to healthcare workflows. I maintained thorough documentation in Confluence to support team collaboration and training, ensuring all project requirements and updates were transparent and accessible.PROJECT -2In my second project at Clairvoyant, I gathered business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys, then converted them into user stories and functional specs. Working with data engineers, I handled data mapping and integration using SQL and VBA to improve data accuracy. I incorporated OneTrust into our workflows for enhanced data governance, and I managed the SDLC from start to finish, utilizing Agile methodologies for efficient project execution. My documentation in Confluence covered everything from system prototypes to user manuals, supporting training and knowledge transfer. By ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases, I streamlined our testing process and helped deliver a solution that met business objectives and was ready for deployment on time and within budget.
