Following are the key responsibility areas to be handled on a day to day basis - Brand Outreach - reaching out top brands through email on a daily basis. Channels / Creators Scouting - hunting for top creators and reaching out to them through emails and calls. Brand Calls - getting into talks with brand to have a deeper understanding of the deliverables they need and working alongside with their requirements. Influencer Identification - Creating bunches which has creators that are relevant as per the brand's requirements. Negotiations - acting as a communication bridge between brand and creators during collaborations and coming down to close the deal at the best price. Commercials / Budget management - Handling commercials related to IG and YT deliverables of various creators and keeping an account of all the data for current and future use. Collaboration - Facilitating collaborations and potential opportunities between brand and creators. Communication - Being in constant talks with the brand and creators during collaboration deals for smooth and hassle free interaction. Management Services Pitching - Calling and getting in touch with relevant creators and offering them our management services on a daily basis. Just in case if it interests them, we proceed with adding them to our rosters and facilitate all the features of the management services that we provide to them as an agency. All of this is done and monitored on our in-house LMS portal.

To lead the Human Resources, Office Administration and Corporate Communication aspect of the organization. The role involves hands-on Human Resource Management of the workforce and the office, ensuring that the organization is up to dated with the latest policies and practices, along with ensuring the fact that every function is in sync with the government regulations and laws. Contribution in CSR activities is one of the major areas of responsibility, along with which, initiatives need to be proposed and implemented in order to enhance communication over various social media channels and make Hemera Group's engagement and reach shoot up to greater heights. Designing and Implementing internal and external communication campaigns that promote the organization's brand, products, services and achievements is another major responsibility at hand.

Currently working with India's top Luxury Brand Retail chain, The Collective & Mono Brands by Madura Fashion & Lifestyle - a division of Aditya Birla Nuvo. The Collective is one of it's kind, a super-premium retail concept, known for it's breadth of exclusive fashion. It has over 100 world's best fashion brands under one roof, covering all wardrobe needs from formal to semi-formal, to casual and denim to active from iconic brands like Armani Jeans, Armani Collezioni, Versace Collection, Vivian Westwood, Karl Lagerfeld, McQ Alexander and many more. The extensive fashion collection of accessories include fashion washes, cufflinks, shoes, ties, belts, leather products from renowned brands like Love Moschino, Lulu Guinness, Michael Kors, Tateossian and several others. Key take aways from my role include the following - People Management that includes professional development of team, managing the team, motivating and developing the team.Day Planning - which includes keeping a schedule plan in order to manage my team, the time and resources efficiently, prioritizing tasks, morning meetings, briefings and store walkthroughs.On Floor Activities - Performing tasks in customer-centric ways, helping the associates in the team follow 'The Collective Experience'.

Post the merger and acquisition of Bhushan Steel Ltd with Tata Steel Ltd, the COVID-19 pandemic came into existence, bringing about a sudden misbalance within the manufacturing organization. There was severe surge in the attrition rate, wastage of resources, time and capital all across the globe. To overcome this crisis, Tata Steel, with the help of Boston Consulting Group, came up with a 60 day program called "KAVACH", which was based on working in pod system, segregating each operation and segment of the organization into small segments of pods, with a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 10 workers in each category. The policies were formulated in such a way that it helped the organization thrive amidst the pandemic.The internship was based upon how 4 core verticals of the HR segment namely Capability Development, Compensation Management, Employee Engagement and Reward & Recognition. It helped me learn what was being done differently by Tata Steel Ltd, post the acquisition, that brought about stability and agility amongst the workers as well as officers. It helped me understand the importance of Change Management within organizations, and resilience within organizations during hardships.

An organization that dealt with language experts and translation specialists all across the globe, wherein ,my role included tracking clients and maintaining follow-ups on CRM, creating Brand Awareness about the organization through social media platforms, attending calls and having conversations with clients regarding quotations and best possible solutions that could be provided by us and fits their requirements.
