Outcome- oriented framework development: Spearheading the development of an Output-Outcome Monitoring Framework, facilitating outcome-based budgeting. Evaluation: Preparation of ToRs for critical evaluation studies conducted by DMEO including those related to key centrally sponsored schemes as well as schemes of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. 4. Data- driven decision making: As a core team member of the Data Governance Quality Index (DGQI), I supported central Ministries and Departments in their journey toward data-driven decision-making, helping them harness the power of data.5. Capacity building: I actively engaged in capacity building initiatives, working with professionals at the central, state, and sub-district levels. This helped strengthen their monitoring and evaluation skills and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.

Providing technical and managerial support to the State team at IHAT- UP-TSU for effective implementation of various IEC/BCC interventions under the health system strengthening project. 1. Developing the SBCC Roadmap 2021 document, customised IEC/BCC strategy and plan for districts, guideline and tools for effective implementation of SBCC activities approved for the state of Uttar Pradesh. 2. Coordinating with State IEC bureau, District and Block level nodal officers for providing supportive supervision and planning for effective implementation of SBCC activities at the community level. 3. Design and development of various thematic reports for process documentation of the outcome based SBCC interventions to be shared with multiple stakeholders including other development partners and Government of India. 4. Facilitating capacity building sessions and development of training curriculum, schedule and tools on SBCC activities for a wide range of cadre including district and block level IEC/BCC nodal officers, teachers and frontline workers. 5. Design and development of a range of IEC/BCC materials in both Hindi and English on various RMNCH+A and Covid-19 appropriate behaviours for dissemination across the state. 6. Development of storyboard, shoot coordination and planning with videography team for creation of media content and short films while providing inputs for final development of film on various RMNCH+A activities and interventions.7. Coordination with multiple programmatic divisions for conceptualization, content creation and curation, editing and designing of both print and video newsletter- PAHAL. Creation of a strategic plan for circulation and dissemination on various platforms with multiple development partners and stakeholders.

Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and strategies, along with developing, implementing, and communicating presentations and proposals within the project.2. Developing district specific Innovation Proposal for improving child feeding practices to reduce the rate of malnutrition in the district.3. Worked closely with the District Magistrate and presented results to senior bureaucrats and implemented recommendations in collaboration with District and Block Level officials.4. Facilitating capacity Building of Frontline Workers using the training methodology of Incremental Learning Approach.5. Developing IEC material and Community based activities to train Anganwadi workers, Poshan Sakhis and other development partner stakeholders in the district to strengthen the services at Anaganwadi centres.6. Lead and drive convergent intervention at the district with line departments including ICDS, Education, Health, Public Distribution System and Rural Development and make a single platform for beneficiaries to benefit from different programs and schemes including Mission Indradhanush, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, WIFS and Mid-day Meal scheme.
