“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work”.I believe satisfaction is the most important ingredient of success which comes from doing a work which you believe is great. The theme of satisfaction is sparking refreshing change in today’s society. In a bid to complement this wave of positivity sweeping the society, I decided to be in the most satisfying profession- Teaching.Presently, I am associated with Pune Institute of Business Management, Pune as Assistant Professor. Since I was a teenager, I always loved teaching and admired my teachers. I believe in working for something which leads to a society worth living. Undoubtedly, education contributes immensely to it. I have found research fascinating since I started teaching which encouraged me to add a good number of publications to my credit. I’m also founder of Education Ninja, Co-founder of Sunshine Logistics and founder of Ashriti. While the study of research in marketing is my topmost priority today, my interests in writing, travel and classical dance help me maintain a sense of perspective in life. I plan to invest more time on research, academic teaching and entrepreneurship.
