As a Programme Associate, my job requires me to strategize on a literacy programme, English For All which aims to teach English to over 15000 children studying in Government schools of Mumbai. I also work on providing ample opportunities for children to get exposure in Sports by setting up an extensive Sports Programme that focuses on teaching children Cricket, Weightlifting, Judo and Wrestling.

Lead 120 3rd and 4th-grade children of a low-income private school towards excellence in the two years of my fellowship. Concentrated a lot on developing their interest and opportunities in sports and extracurriculars.
