• Spearhead a cross functional team and is responsible for Programme Management of more than 400 people and management of large scale and national and International Projects• Design Develop and Implement the International initiatives on Livelihood Education across Nepal, Srilanka, Bhutan, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, France, Dominican Republic, etc.• Create learning experiences that equip new and long-term employees to excel in their work environments through expert instruction, on floor mentoring and one to one skills coaching• Coordinate with education & Livelihood Education lead person various South Asian & South East Asian countries• Maintain a positive learning environment. Modified and presented training programs• Isolate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers experiencing difficulties with our network• Facilitate training for new-hire associates using the Adult Learning Theory to provide them with skills and knowledge of the business to be successful in their role• Develop an integrated model for life cycle approach using School education, Livelihood and back to school Intervention. Use current trends and research to continually develop & improve learning and development programs• Conduct educational presentations geared toward increased productivity. Develop training manuals presentations and videos on numerous topics• Launch large scale learning programs & coordinated cross-functional and cross-segment teams throughout implementation process
