I've worked in communications for all of my career. I started my professional life at Edelman in Paris as an intern and after graduating from university in the UK , I spent the next few years in London working for global communications consultancies, cutting my teeth with some of the best in the business and representing some of the best known financial services brands.After a three month sabbatical skiing the slopes of Fernie in Canada, I returned to London and moved in-house to lead the consumer team of a large property services company. I had an absolute blast working with amazing colleagues who felt like family which led us to achieving many wonderful results together.I started my own family during that time and set up my own PR consultancy for a few years whilst my kids were small so I could attempt to juggle this chapter of life with a little more ease. That work delivered me to Rest Less in 2018 - a startup for which I was a founding team member and still work as a consultant. What an intoxicating ride it has been - pure hustle, zero budget, career highs.A family move to Dubai in 2022 with my husband's job was a good time to take stock of my career and put some of the insanely valuable lessons I'd learned from the wisdom-filled Rest Less community about long-term happiness and longevity (now personal passions and pursuits) into practice. I spent six months retraining as a coach and am now on a mission to support individuals to uncover and step into their power.Today I feel super privileged every day that I get to combine my passions and expertise through my PR consultancy work, working as a coach and most recently facilitating women's circles in person and online.
