Building relationships with Customer, Marketing, Operations, Commercial and Technical to bring project concepts to life. Managing complex, insights-driven product development projects and ensured their execution met the time, quality and cost requirements of the business.Maintain awareness as to the potential upgrade of existing products considering site issues re raw materials, efficiencies and cost. Maintained awareness of market, consumer and restaurant trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities.Lead the Technology Innovation, Development team and New product implementation teams, managing all Branded & Customer projects.Implemented & delivered a Stage Gate process which simplified our R&D and marketing process Led the Better for you programme for Kerry Foods that delivered a 3-year horizon maps for the business.Ensured the transfer of quality standards to the Product Development factory teams and champion ongoing product consistency by reviewing the quality of existing products via sensory panels.
