Avionix is a portfolio company of JP Morgan Asset Management (JPM AM), and is the in-house aircraft lessor/servicer to a transportation fund managed by JPM AM.

Tara Aviation Consulting provided advisory services to banks, lessors and investors in relation to aircraft trading, leasing and asset management.

Origination, negotiation and conclusion of aircraft trading transactions into and out of the AWAS fleet. Asset classes ranged from new narrowbody and widebody equipment with lease attached, to older aircraft and engines at or approaching end of economic life. This cross-functional role required leadership and direct participation in devising and implementing the strategic management of these assets. Extensive global counterparty network includes aircraft lessors, private equity investors, banks and aftermarket trading companies.

Aircraft leasing, asset management and sales of aircraft owned and under management (primarily on behalf of European banks). Role encompassed placing repossessed assets back on lease, with comprehensive monthly reporting and relationship management with the owner banks a key element in the success of the business. As market conditions improved, these assets were then placed on longer leases with enhanced terms for the lessor, or traded in line with strategic and/or return requirements.

International marketing and sales of telecommunications network management and billing systems. Direct interface with and management of C-level relationships in national telecommunications companies. Role included customer requirements specification and follow-on development of tailored hardware and software solutions.

Creation, roll-out and management of Bank of Ireland's Y2K Corporate, Internal and Media Communications Programme.
