I run My Second Spring and The Silk Pillowcase and co-founded The M Word. In 2013, I set up My Second Spring to fill a gap that then existed regarding menopause awareness. On My Second Spring Anna Mooney and I provide up-to-date information on treatment for menopause symptoms. On the blog, we also chat about all things midlife: fashion, skin, moving more, food, managing your home, and more. I enjoy public speaking and media commentary and we run events: Meet the Experts and The M Word in 2019.In 2019, I started the Silk PIllowcase with Anna Mooney to provide silk products of relevance to our audience at My Second Spring and enhance their sleep, hair, and skin. My original degree was a BBS from Trinity College Dublin, I then worked in Financial PR. I also ran a catering business for 5 years after training in Ballymaloe Cookery School. I'm a qualified homeopath.I live in Dublin and work from home. I am a regular sea swimmer and cycle for transport where possible.
