Managed all aspects of the cross-departmental Shareholder Activism project. Responsibilities included:• Establishing and maintaining mechanisms for cross-team collaboration including regular meetings, digital mechanisms for information sharing, task prioritisation and resource assignment, resolution of competing priorities,• Establishing and maintaining mechanisms for communication with and involvement of external participants in the programme including regular events and meetings, digital communication, delegating to relevant colleagues,• organising and facilitating training workshops and creating training materials,• managing all paperwork related to AGM attendance, meeting several different daily deadlines, and ensuring all attendees had the necessary resources and information,• maintaining records of all aspects of AGM attendance and performing regular analysis to report back to the team and external stakeholders,• designing, delivering and reporting on the evaluation of the project, involving colleagues and external stakeholders through participatory workshops,• organising key events for colleagues and supporters, such as the ShareAction summer party, and helping colleagues effectively plan and execute other events.
