As a dedicated and experienced Primary Mathematics Specialist with over a decade in the field, I have committed myself to nurturing a passion for mathematics in young learners. Since August 2018, I have served as the Head of Mathematics for Years 4-6, where I lead curriculum development and instructional strategies to ensure high-quality education for all students.My professional journey is marked by continuous learning and growth, including specialized training in Singapore Maths and earning the Cambridge Certificate in Educational Leadership. These qualifications have empowered me to implement innovative teaching methodologies and lead with a vision that prioritizes both academic excellence and holistic development.I am particularly skilled in supporting students with diverse needs, including neurodivergent learners, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment. I also have a focus on the implementation of the Plan Mot Kränkande Behandling, and been working with this for the last 2 years.I am passionate about fostering a love for mathematics, encouraging critical thinking, and preparing students to become confident and capable problem solvers.
