Currently the product manager of IBM Compose within IBM's Watson & Cloud Platform. Compose offers a fully managed, database-as-a-service with over ten open source databases to choose from.

Successfully product managed the go to market for Db2 Warehouse on Cloud, a fully managed cloud data warehouse.-Inject feedback and requirements from enterprise customers and worldwide sellers into the product roadmap.-Collaborate and provide direction for the global sales force, development team, marketing team, and design team -Drove HIPAA readiness for our data warehouse offering: partnered with a client sponsors to ensure we met our goal of HIPAA readiness.-Educate the sales team and customer success team on the basics of data warehousing and our offering dashDB. -Support the marketing team with product awareness and enablement at conferences, including The Data Warehouse Institute.-Implemented a product adoption nurture campaign aimed at customer retention and growth, by outlining an onboarding plan for customers and writing detailed content for them to follow.

Assumed project management of three complex, troubled projects classified under one portfolio.-Managed a $1M budget.-Managed a global development team of eleven people.-Prepared and conducted monthly executive steering committee meetings.-Managed client expectations through improved communications and improved user acceptance testing techniques.-Improved application release management techniques.

-Managed the migration from the Domino based investment prioritization tool, Strategic Planning and Optimization Tool (SPOT), to the strategic Rational Focal Point platform, a tool used for requirements management and investment analysis. -Coordinated long-term project schedule, created milestones and target dates, and led the beginning of the migration from the SPOT Legacy tool to RFP. Effectively facilitated a design session and a deep dive meeting to begin the migration.

-Executed a Proof of Concept using Rational Focal Point (RFP), a tool used for requirements management and investment analysis, for the Electronic Support team’s investment items.-Streamlined the Electronic Support team’s investment prioritization process.
