Emea Operations Manager
CurrentA member of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence team, which is in charge of delivering commercial support, tools, and procedures to EMEA Sales Teams to assist in winning more business. - Accountable for compensation and incentive processes, obtaining team support for HR and Finance on Sales Incentive scheme architecture, and assisting in modelling outcomes, communicating schemes and commission statements to individuals.- EMEA forecasting assistance, including the aggregation, development, and transmission of key forecast drivers and management information to EMEA executives.- Continuous process review and improvement across key commercial activities such as Forecasting, Price Realization and Incentives/Sales Commissions.- Guide the team in the development, enhancement, and execution of dashboards and reports , in SFDC, SAP, PowerBi, to support the commercial organization including the use of advanced data mining tools to improve field sales and insights.
