CurrentOperating as the overall supervisor for the daily Activities and managing the inflow and outflow of cash ,tracking the summary of daily(in terms of the machining works and the working force ).Managed the industrial calls as per the needs .Operating as the Computer head for the Basic IT solutions • Supervising the entire steel fabrication facility consisting of members from Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and ensure flawless product delivery to the Customer• Plan tasks, resource needs and related competencies along the project timeline• Supervise and control progress of the project • Control the Change Management process with the customer.Work in maintaining Leads and other operation work flow .Design technical Drawing Templates from customer to ease work flow.
