Key Responsibilities:• Involve in the process of applying License C, ensuring strict adherence to the regulatory requirements set by the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981• Lead the team to apply for additional relevant licenses and manage good relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operational processes• Liaise with local authorities and government bodies [Malaysia Immigration Department (JIM), Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) as well FWCMS team] to ensure compliance with legal requirements, including maintaining proper documentation and timely submissions• Designed and executed marketing materials that effectively communicated the agency’s strengths• Prepare tenders for potential recruitment projects, ensuring all documentation is compliant with legal and financial requirements, and that proposals meet the specific needs of prospective clients• Streamlined the process of managing foreign workers, ensuring they are fully prepared before being placed with clients, which has enhanced client satisfaction and improved operational efficiency.Achievements:• Successfully obtained the License C and License C identity card holder• Secured additional licenses related to License C to expand the agency’s operations

• Develop, implement and improve Integrated Management System (IMS), processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 18788:2015• Develop and implement annual QHSE Program and Management Review• Communicates information on the IMS throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels• Develop, facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team• Involve in conducting internal audit and external audit from certification body, SIRIM QAS International• Participate in the incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management

• Project Management Team (PMT) for various security projects mainly in oil and gas and manufacturing industries- produce related memo based on requirements- produce and review training reports prepared by Site Management Team (SMT)- involve in some ground operation works and event with clients• Attend tender briefing, site visit and involve in preparing technical specifications of tender documents to secure new projects as part of business development of the company• Create, maintain and ensure the company’s official website, www.prozassecurity.com.my is up to date as part of the marketing strategy• Ensure compliance towards service contract signed by both parties• Involve in prepare Security Management Plan for contract extension of the projects
