• Responsible for preparing technical drawings to be used construction plans• Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.• Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural design.• Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.• Prepare detailed architectural drawings for commercial construction projects.• Create architectural detail drawings based on building specifications,calculations and sketches.• Specify dimensions, materials and procedures.• Use Computer Aided Design (CAD) and drafting systems to prepare drawings.• Create and store drawings electronically.• Reply Request For Information (RFI) to resolve gaps, conflicts or subtle ambiguities during process or early in the construction process to eliminate the need for costly corrective measure.

• Draft technical details• Specify dimensions, materials and procedures• Prepare drawings for building plan submission, bomba submission, construction drawings and tender drawings.
