QC EXECUTIVESHANP DENG ENTERPRISE (ASIA) SDN BHD, KEPONG, KUALA LUMPURJob task:1. Prepare related QA/QC documents required for product2. Conduct daily patrol checking to ensure product quality 3. Held accountable for the daily In-Process, final inspection and testing of the product4. Assist Manager in assigned task5. Take charge of QA/QC department in the absentees of manager6. Planning equipment calibration and implement calibration of measuring devices7. Conduct series of test and experiment in the making of new product8. Liaise with customer prior to problem solving of quality related issues and building business relationship9. Issue CAR, SCAR and deal with customer complaints by provide corrective actions to ensure action is taken and effective10. Prepare QA monthly/yearly report and present in monthly /yearly QA meeting11. Responsible in document control12. Perform statistical analysis of product’s weight to control to minimize process rejection and scrap13. Responsible to train internship studentExperience gained:1. Exposed in ISO9001 and involved with internal audit 20192. Develop skill in handling ASTM Universal Machine3. Implement of QC tools and technique (7 Basic QC tools,8D, TQM, Statistical Analysis using Minitab) in daily work4. Undergo Internal Audit ISO9001:2015 training and involved in internal audit 2020.
