Current- Supervise all creative production for the marketing team, managing freelancers, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and user needs.- Manage and execute comprehensive campaign calendars, aligning messaging, creative approaches, and assets for 360-degree campaigns and brand events.- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesive design and seamless brand integration across marketing platforms.- Use data-driven methodologies to track campaign performance, set targets, and optimize design and strategy.- Conduct user research to inform design and marketing strategies, ensuring the use of user-centric approaches in all campaigns and projects.- Enhance SEO efforts by optimizing processes and improving book and article-based page designs.- Lead ASO initiatives, testing creatives, benchmarking competition, and utilizing new store features for optimal user interface.- Work with tech and CRO teams to implement conversion rate tests, improving page design and user engagement.
