Belonging to Airbus Operations' Information Management, I am in charge to ensure the continuity of the operational activity of Spanish End Users of PDM tools. (E2E)I am involved in incident management activities.As a Focal Point of Spainish users (Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Services, etc.), I have developed my ability to empathize with the key users, understanding their business needs.And with my negotiation skills, I take the necessary measures to avoid impact on the activity of the end users, always aligned with the resources of the business.I also belonged to a project's team that developed a new IT tool following the Agile methodolgy, based on SAFe framework.I developed a Web Site Training to ensure that the user have enough confident to use the new IT tool.

Estoy en un sector situado en la planta de Airbus de Getafe, donde diseño útiles con un software CAD para imprimir en 3D y de esta forma ayudar a solucionar problemas que afrontan los empleados en la fabrica.
