Leading innovation and sustainability in global projects.With over 30 years of experience in creating and developing businesses in the industrial and design sectors, I started my career in the 90s by helping to found Didheya, a family-owned company dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and distribution of high-end decorative hardware for furniture and doors. What began as a small project in Euskadi now has a presence in more than 40 countries.Throughout my career, I have led the transformation of Didheya, diversifying to face major economic challenges, including the paradigm shift that came with globalization, the financial crisis of 2008, and Covid-19. These challenges helped us expand into the public transport sector, collaborating with leading companies in the field such as CAF, Stadler, Irizar, and Thyssen, allowing us not only to overcome the crises but also to grow significantly.Recently, and with a strong commitment to sustainability and the design of new cities, I lead a diversification strategy focused on developing urban furniture, combining our experience in design and manufacturing with new models of urban transformation and innovation.My career is marked by resilience, adaptability, and a deep passion for high-quality design. I am always open to new challenges and collaboration opportunities, with the goal of continuing to lead projects that have a global impact.
