• Responsible for the IN services development team. Management and control of every task required in order to achieve the goals defined by marketing or other departments.
• Interaction with different departments of the company such Marketing, Siebel, Middleware, Core Network or Demand management.
• In charge of the IN support team (24x7) for our internal services. Define and execute action plans in order to improve current service, control and solve issues reported by customer care or second line support teams.
• Mentor of the two members of my group. (Language, System and Tools)
• Training session at Vodafone New Zeland (Development and testing for IN Services - "Green Numbers")
• Services developed, tested and deployed: Indirect Access, Number Portability, Pay4Me, IN Call Assistant, HomeZone, (Voice, Fax and Net), eCGW (Http-LDAP), Green Numbers, Free Divert To Voice Mail.

• Development on SLL, Lucent proprietary language: new IN features and resolution of problems found during the testing period or on customer sites.
• Development contact for Lucent deployment and support teams. This consists on the debugging and resolution of problems together with Lucent teams that work directly with the customers.
• Involved in code inspections, new software builds and testing of new features.
• Mentor of the five members of my group. (Language, System and Tools)
• On call 24 hours one week every month, supporting several customers: Cingular (USA), Meteor (Ireland), Telecel (Portugal), or Escotel (India).

• Development of a multi-user application to control the invoicing process of theCompany.
• This application was presented to several companies belonging to Cable Europa as a model to follow. Visual Basic and Oracle were the tools used working with Novell 4.0.
