• Produce daily statistics on the number of properties completed by zone for 2018/19 True Up, including a comparison to the interim year end income accrual figure provided by the Zonal PMA teams and the final year end income accrual expected by NHSPS Group Finance team as per the income model.• Review the Horizon Balancing Audit Summary reports for both FM and Service Charge reconciliations and update the control spreadsheet with the relevant information from the reports.• To raise queries with the Property Management Accountants (PMA’s) in respect of any potential under/over recovery of income identified in the year end balancing reports – this could include missing management fees, unit apportionments not adding up to 100%, residual liabilities due to vacant space, unit period start/end dates not covering a full year and anything else that may result in the cost not being fully recovered from the Customers.• Action any PMA requests to re-open any 2018/19 SC and FM periods in Horizon and roll the period back to allow the PMA’s to adjust the relevant property for the current or prior year – subject to approval from the Head of Asset Management Finance or the Principal Central PMA. Re-close the 18/19 periods and roll forward once any PMA adjustments have been processed. • Monitor costs being journaled to irrecoverable expenditure. Request supporting evidence from the PMA where required and raise challenges or escalate to the Head of Asset Management Finance of the Chief Finance Officer where applicable. Check that the journals have an appropriate category code in line with company policy.• Report on irrecoverable expenditure by Zones and Categories.• Provide additional ad hoc reports as and when required.• Lead/attend conference calls with the Zonal PMA teams to discuss progress on the True Up process and ensure adherence to targets.

Was a team member of two major projects of the company. Firs project was building a wood pallet factory. I was responsible to finding ways of cutting costs of the factory by learning from the competitors and new technology. Project two was a refurbishment of two buildings with 50+ apartments in each and setting out a new marketing campaign to attract new customers and investors. Project two was sold to other investors after the marketing campaign and the factory has started the building process.• Analyzed the EU market and competitors• Researched technology needed to cut costs• Budgeting and finalizing the project plans to be ready for share-holders.
