My responsibilities: - Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth- Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners- Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company / division- Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan- Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency with internal processes that adhere to legal guidelines- Provide appropriate data analytics of sales and distributors and partners to appropriate management teams- Work with assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives- Create and maintain rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans- Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development- Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product- Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the projects- Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams- Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration- Motivate the team, track performance, and study data

My responsibilities: - Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects- Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

My responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product- Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project- Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals- Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy- Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities- Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
