About Aivaras Bakanas

I am a positive thinker and active problem solver with a strong ownership attitude in everything I do. I constantly invest into knowledge by reading and learning from practices of inspiring and successful people. I am result driven leader who knows that the best result can only be achieved by a strong team, so I pay a lot of attention to people around me. I started my sales career 16 years ago in distribution field, working with big brands like ASUS, SEAGATE, LG and others. It gave me an opportunity to learn about international business strategy, import and export, pricing and stock handling strategies, planning, branding etc. I’ve developed good networking, negotiating and team building skills while travelling around the world. I joined Deeper as a sales director at the stage of product prototype production and built a sales strategy and whole sales team, which has resulted in increasing Deeper’s turnover from 0 to 10 mln. EUR in 5 years. Company has grown from 5 to 60+ professionals and is exporting to over 50 countries Worldwide.
