CES is providing engineering solutions and design services for Consolis Group companies. I was a member of international HR, Communication and HSE teams on group level, while providing support to local employees and managers.Main responsibilities:- Providing daily support to teams and managers in HR management and employee relations.- Supervising the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including performance appraisal, career opportunities, talent management and succession planning.- Maintaining HR documentation and ensuring compliance with the law.- Implementation of Information Systems (HRIS) for HR information management, recruiting, performance management, learning and development, and more.- Implementing the company's vision and values, fostering a consistent work culture.- Full cycle recruitment and headhunting.- Preparation of training plans and organizing trainings.- Developing and executing employer branding and marketing activities.- Conducting HR Data Analysis and market comparisons, making proposals to the management for compensation & benefits and labor relations developments.- Organizing employee engagement surveys and developing action plans for implementing necessary changes.- Managing office operations, ensuring an ergonomic work environment, and facilitating hybrid work opportunities.- Overseeing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management, including risk analysis, first aid, and health initiatives.- Managing communication both internally and externally, including web and social media platforms.

These included serving as a salesperson at an Estonian clothing brand store, working as a waitress in a restaurant in England, and serving as a customer service representative at a currency exchange in Tallinn's historic Old Town.
