I ran a HubSpot email campaign, keeping customers in the know about exciting new products.I started a customer feedback program, listening loud and clear to gather insight and solicit positive reviews for our company. I streamlined customer and prospect onboarding via an automated HubSpot workflow that delivered timely support and resources for a smooth onboarding experience, maximizing product adoption. I worked together with our marketing partners, creating content about Amazon and e-commerce that solidified our brand expertise. I also maintained the development of our Help Center, ensuring smooth sailing for future users.

In this role, I contributed to various marketing and sales functions. I helped to prepare and analyze marketing campaigns, including auditing target lists and monitoring organic channels for engagement opportunities. I had the opportunity to work on content creation and distribution, partnering with agencies and internal teams to enhance thought-leadership content and contributed to the Help Center for future product expansion.
