About Glenda Florez

I am passionate about business opportunities as well as giving back to the community. My background stems from Polynesian Dance. Due to this passion I was able to share the Aloha Spirit owning my own business of event planning and dance instruction. I have owned Polynesian Party Planners INC for 13 years. This also lead to founding the Nonprofit Halau Kalama which strives to perpetuate the Culture of Polynesian Dance by offering discounted tuition to students as well as orchestrating a yearly production called "Lei Day" to showcase all of the dancers. Proceeds of this event is the primary fundraiser and sets the budget for the Nonprofit through the year. My 13 year career with Southwest has been a stable and vital part of my success as well as my Family. It has given us the freedom to travel, financial benefits, as well as taught me that big Companies can continue to take care of its employees with a fun LUV-ing attitude while being one of the most successful and competitive companies in the airline industry. I have a supportive husband who is a proud USAF Veteran and a daughter who is Graduating High School this year. I currently teach online classes at Raqs Online

All classes are available for men and women.
