- Managing the NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences $1.6M grant to create the Impacting Policy by Accelerating Translation (IMPACT) program.- Leading the development and implementation of the CTSI IMPACT’s 5 year program plan.- Develop and deploy new programs to support and encourage evidence to policy research.- Using plain language principles, re-wrote the UCSF Cancer Center Consent Risk and Procedures Resource Guide to an (overall average) of a 6th-grade reading level.- Serve as a consultant to the Institutional Review Board on re-writing consent content into plain language.

- Drove the first iteration of the EMR-based Flu Symptom Checker and led the rapid translation of the Flu Symptom Checker into the COVID-19 Symptom Checker over 2 weeks, including bringing together key stakeholders, overseeing the build, validation testing, and implementation.- Led project and product management of new features for the English and Spanish COVID-19 Symptom Checker, including direct scheduling that resulted in over 3K visits.- Strategically planned alongside the Chief Innovation Officer and Occupational Health Program Director to implement the employee COVID-19 testing and vaccination program, and delivered bi-weekly data analysis.- Acted as COVID-19 testing program's main point of contact for 29K UCSF employee questions, feedback, and problem-solving, encompassing supporting vaccine-exempt and general employees.- Onsite coordination for over 2,000 participants for 2 studies with oversight of clinical and staff operations.

- Managed and mentored 3 staff members, 8 interns, and 100+ volunteers resulting in increased data-driven programs, interventions, and policies.- Appointed and entrusted by the Vice President of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management (SAEM) to represent SAEM on the SF State Pouring Rights Task Force to evaluate requests for proposals (RFP) from 2 major beverage companies, and to advocate for the health and wellness of the 30k student population.- Established SF State as the only Certified Enrollment Entity for the Affordable Care Act among 23 California State Universities (CSUs), enabling 400+ persons to enroll in health insurance.- Authored a proposal that was awarded over $100k from the CSU Hunger Free Campus to develop and implement cutting-edge and sustainable programs to address food insecurity and housing instability.- Nurtured relationships with under-utilized departments across campus, including government relations, campus sustainability, University Corporation, and Follet Bookstore.
