Hello and thanks for viewing my profile! As an energetic Supply Chain & Operations professional, I specialise in seeking clarity and simplicity where others often get tied up with confusion and complexity. I develop, motivate and improve teams through well tested and proven leadership skills.I’ve had the opportunity to hone these skills through all phases of a company’s life cycle, from set up, dynamic growth, consolidation, divestiture and acquisition. The funny thing is, through all of these moments, your basic drivers and values remain the same – impeccable integrity, focused energy, empowered teamwork and sheer determination to deliver excellence and maximise share holder value.I have significant acquisition, divestiture and mergers experience, finding the preparation, due diligence and integration processes to be immensely challenging and great fun! My latest challenge at ghd; leading the business as a key member of the Executive team through the successful 13* multiplier sale of the business to Coty Inc.I am truly international in nature & outlook, having worked in UK, France, Canada, Holland, Spain & Finland. I have grasped these “life chances” with both hands, dragging my young family on 3 overseas assignments. I go to where the challenges are - I don’t hide from them, taking calculated personal risks with courage. I pride myself with being a great "people" person and love leadership. Any success I’ve had over the years has undoubtedly been due to the great group of managers that I’ve had the pleasure to lead, develop and grow with. I hope by reading some of the recommendations from people I really value below, you’ll get a sense that I take my career and life opportunities and turn them into realities with passion, professionalism and a sense of humour!
