CurrentResponsibilities:1. Recruitment(via various website/APP and campus recruitment). Filter CVs, interview, recommend the right candidate. 2. Collect the data of the completed KPI, performance rating and work attendance / leave record for salary calculation. 3. C&B and salary management: review employees' salaries, bonuses, benefits and various allowances and subsidies, leave record and overtime salary, etc. in salary reports. 4. Fill in Proof of Payment for GM to sign so that staff salaries are paid on time.5. Summarize and analyze the turnover and human resources cost from all of the branch offices. Report this to the management monthly. 6. Add or reduce employee in the local tax bureau system whenever there is staff change. Pay for the monthly social insurance fee on behalf of various branch offices. 7. Manage employee life cycle process including onboard, probation, employment contract sign up, renewal/termination. Update and file staff’s personal data when there is change. 8. Provide social insurance data from all of the branch offices for business license renewal. 9. Visit the bank to pay for staff’s monthly housing fund on behalf of branch office. 10. Draft all of the documents for labour arbitration.11. Transfer the retired staff to the related district government. 12. Take care of employee relationships.
