• Provides support to internal and external customers through equipment order processing and account maintenance transactions.• Detail oriented, with thorough review prior to submission of orders• Possess strong communication skills in order to provide written clarification and direction to internal and external customers related to corporate accounts, while ensuring first contact resolution• Maintain an in-depth level of knowledge in all order processing procedures, account maintenance transactions, and related compliance requirements.• Provide online support as needed and answer all account, equipment ordering, and online portal-related questions• Provides daily customer support by completing equipment orders and maintenance requests for our business customers - via direct support using email.

• Perform quality inspections, document findings using required audit process/procedures.• Concentrates on fostering processing efficiencies while meeting quality standards.• Attending calibration meeting with co-auditors to discuss certain topics or confusions to have standardization with the process.• Participating in auditor’s call with onshore counterpart to have a calibrated knowledge with the process.• Demonstrate strong service orientation, performing follow-up with assigned group and expectations are satisfied.• Sending and responding to emails with regard to request or queries.• Flexible to do several functions within the project.• Conducting support for refresher Accenture trainings of the FTEs• Discuss updates and provide support and/or assistance to any members of the team.• Knowledgeable in Operational excellence.

o Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.o Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.o Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems.o Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.o Trained to do several functions within the project.
