As project engineer, I have been developed and understood on the commercial aspect of project management and sales profit and loss in order for me to handle the roll out in a cost effective manner.Project Management1. Attend regular and ad-hoc meetings with customer.2. Schedule scope of work activities as per timely manner achieving SLA contracted.3. Create relevant tracking information columns required for project tracker in Claro.4. Create purchase request and ensure cost is not affecting P&L agreed by management in Claro.5. Regular update of all relevant tracking information columns from starting roll out until job completionfor invoicing project tracker in Claro.6. Adhere to submission of project material inventory transaction by warehousing e.g., MRF and etc.7. Adhere to submission of permit to work according to customer or building management regulations.8. Regular tracking of roll out activities with project team and relevant contractors.9. Ensure project team adhere to internal and external HSE regulations during roll out activities.10. Prepare and coordinate the submission of project documentation requirement e.g., delivery order,job/test acceptance documentation and certifications inclusive follow ups in order to achieveinvoicing in timely manner.11. Assist information on monthly invoicing target value.Engineering, Roll-Out and Operations1. Responses submission to technical schedule compliance (SOC) for tender, RFI, RFQ or RFP.2. Technical preparation and submission of relevant engineering drawings, SLD, technical specification,data sheet and engineering design documentation for tender, RFI, RFQ, RFP, industrial certificationsor Ad-hoc requirement3. Technical requirement studies and preparation for prove of concept (PoC) for tender, RFI, RFQ, RFP,industrial certifications or Ad-hoc requirement.4. Manage on-site installation and assembly works for products delivered e.g., T5 outdoor cabinetcomponents, Lithium/VRLA battery, Rectifier system, ACDB, Heat Exchanger and etc.5. Execute on-site T5 outdoor cabinet power up, commissioning and testing for entire ecosystemfunctionality and alarms.7. Manage and execute on-site rectification for T5 outdoor cabinets components.8. Prepare and submit fault diagnostics and rectification report for T5 outdoor cabinets components.9. Manage and execute on-site rectification for TOC/exchange and outdoor batteries.10. Manage and execute on-site rectification for TOC/exchange and outdoor rectifier systems.
