⚫ Operation Management: Coordinate the overall plants operation in ensuring the achievement of set production, efficiency, safety and plant targets, goals & objectives.⚫ Data Analysis & Evaluation: Ensuring stable plant operation, monitoring the intermediate and final product quality, data analysis of unit operations (Reactors, Distillation Towers, Flash Separators, Liquid-Liquid Extractor, Absorbers, Heat Exchangers & etc.) performance, prevention troubleshooting to minimize the production related issues.⚫ Quality Control: Establish, execute, and enforce quality control plans and procedures that will underlie the plant’s operation to assure high quality products.⚫ Cost Control: Analyze production data and ensure the production figures and materials (variable cost) are to date represent the actual plant performances.⚫ Operation Standardization: Analyzing operation parameter, development the set of operation standardization to ease operation load changes.⚫ Project Management & Continuous Improvement: Initiate, plan, execute and monitor plant CAPEX, cost down and improvement projects to achieve higher yield & reduction of operating cost.⚫ Leadership: Plan, coordinate and lead the annual shutdown and restart operation for MP2 unit. Provide training and knowledge sharing to Associate Engineers and process technician.⚫ Budgeting: Control and analysis of plant operation cost and plan for annual OPEX budget.⚫ Compliance: Maintain ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 & IATF 16949 system & legal requirements in MP2 MONOMER Complex.
