I usually advice and provide technical information on suitable packaging materials and dimension, labelling requirements, artwork designing, work out calculations to meet customers’ target cost and supervise customer's product throughout the manufacturing process to meet their timeline. I also focus on meeting with high-value customers to build long-term relationship, helps customers feel more secure and it can also lead to grow retention and repeat purchase rate as well. I diligently follow up with both warm and cold customers to gain their feedback, enhance our services, rebuild trust and guide them towards a decision. Moreover, I consistently engage with external suppliers to ensure the seamless delivery of our products.
