• Since an ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) is the backbone of the US trucking Industry, my role is to sell, market and maintain accounts of the customers.• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a close interaction and to keep a trustworthy relation.• Responsible for maintaining/retaining accounts/Leads (B2B)• Educating Fleet Managers about the HOS rules governed by the FMCSA and to integrate our software and hardware products with their business• Give Demos about Motive software to prospective Fleet Managers, Dispatchers and the CEOs• Make sure to send out the right massage to customer about Motive’s Core Values and how it would benefit their business process• Achieve Monthly Targets defined• Implement new strategies to improve our sales process• Periodic follow-ups with the customers to bring in their feedback and response against our products.• Keep the customer’s account up-to-date with relevant details.
