• Liaise with warehouse team for shipment requirements, liaise with forwarding agent on import and export customs clearance, to ensure smooth delivery to customers• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and transshipment• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery time, transport cost and efficiency• Analyzing logistic problem and recommend new solutions• Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation and fuel cost, productivity and timeliness target• Implement health and safety procedure• Manage staff training, coach and supervise workforce• Motivate other members of the team• Project manage• Work on new supply strategies and analysis data to assess performance and implement improvement• Plan vehicle routes• Assist in the investigation of service issue and ensuring actions are undertaken to close off all issues with customers or third party logistics• Perform order management for customer to ensure on time fulfilment, by working with internal department• Ensure that staff is of adequate numbers and competency to meet the planned shipping schedule• Record the cargos or shipments to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing• Ensure proper filling, documentation and reporting-5S• Provide report- Data analysis, performance on fulfilment rates to Senior Manager

• Ensure shipping instruction issued by the client is correct and accurate before executing the shipment• Initiate shipment and open job• Check for special instruction on delivery as instructed by client• Open KNGL floating file• Hand over file to Shipping Coordinator for operational work to commence from load port or point of collection or depending on client’s delivery or shipping terms.• Ensure that Tax Exemption / Bank Guarantee applied to the relevant authorities before cargo importation.• Ensure that Health, Safety and Environment is complied strictly• Execute shipment once awarded by client depending on terms of shipment.

Plan end-to-end operation of all 8 projects so it can meet customer’s demands and needs• Organize the man power and trucks according to the requirements of each projects• Lead the team consist of 5 supervisors to monitor all drivers and trucks• Control the operation from end-to-end • Monitor and analyze trip report, maintenance report, fuel report, abnormality report and operation performance report.• Lead Safety Committee in the company to make sure all staff follow all safety SOP, avoid near miss incident and keep safety environment among drivers.• Represent company as head of operation
