Job Scope Able to work on Rotating Machinery and Non RotatingMechanical Equipment.​Performcommissioning,troubleshooting,repair,alignment, overhaul and maintain wide range of mechanical rotating and reciprocating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, motor fans, blowers, gearboxes, mixers, relief valves and their related components and auxiliaries.​Perform overhauling, repair and maintenance of rotating equipment on site or in the workshop.​Troubleshoot and analyses equipment defects based on collected equipment condition parameters.​Prepare inspection report based on existing procedures and standard forms.​​Maintain workshop machinery, tools and other related equipment. Perform alignment (laser or dial method).​Prepare and submit repair and inspection findings and report upon completion of repair job.​Conduct and carry out rutine preventive and proactive maintenance of all rotating equipments as per OEM recommendation. Handles, recondition wide variety of mechanical seals. Basic knowledge in condition monitoring(CBM).1 | P a g e Key Responsibilities:. Visual Inspection 1.Inspect all oil seal and gasket for oil leakage. 2.Inspect pump for product leakage. 3.Inspect pump for any excersive vibration. Noise and Vibration 1.Check for air or vapor in liquid 2.Check for blocking line 3.Check for shaft and coupling alignment 4.Check for binding of any rotating part Overhaul and detail check the part condition 1.Inspect the pump for internal part 2.Check the worm part 3.Check the rotor and impeller damage 4.Check the bend shaft 5.Check for worn or defective bearing in pump 6.Inspect the mechanical seal component 7.Inspect the bearing,gasket,seal and o ring.o
