Managed and carried out Facilities Improvement Project (FIP) for PMA region and ensuring all projects in accordance to Technical Governance and Project Management Systems. Prepared scope of work, proposed creative solutions in resolving conflicts to best serve projects' needs.  Managed maintenance, construction and modification’s (MCM) contractor to ensured project deliverable are on time, on budget and on schedule, without jeopardized any safety and quality.  Negotiated with third-party vendors and subcontractors for price estimation and project schedule.  Led and strategized cross-functional teams to bring about fundamental change and improvement in strategy, process, and profitability.  Organized sessions of Risk Assessment, Pre Activity Safety Review and Contractor Risk Assessment for each projects.
