Subject matter expert of the company platform for data visualization product, its dependencies on other systems and influence the product roadmap. Being a trusted advisor for the customers and turning business requirements into feature specifications and also supporting customers in understanding and usage of existing product features.

Project: The scope of the project was to create and manage a web platform for content moderation that adheres to client policies and provides insights into agent production metrics.· Supervision of team which included about 22 individuals, consisting of SME’s, QA’s, Frontend/Backend developers and production agents. Managing day to day activities which also included team’s performance improvement and development and also payroll on ADP.· Was responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders including clients, end-users, and other internal teams for product design and functionality. Conducted workshops, interviews, and surveys to identify the business needs and goals, as well as any specific functional or technical requirements for the content moderation web portal.· Created detailed functional specifications for the content moderation web portal that outlines specific features, functions, and capabilities for the portal to support, and serve as a blueprint for the development team to follow.· Collaborated with cross-functional teams and Stakeholders to identify business needs, define project scope, coordinated user acceptance testing (UAT)and establish project timelines to ensure on-time release.· Generated reports of key metrics to visualize leading indicators of the project’s direction during development to support decision making and optimize performance tracking.

· Managed day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations· Ensuring that regular ongoing communication is happening with employees to create awareness of business objectives and disseminate any updates, while also recognizing performance.· Managed day to day operations of all staff including managing payroll and ensuring correct hours are accounted.· Participated in departmental meetings and continually communicate with the team all updates regarding their respective rolls.· Handling charge backs and customer feedback reviews on all web platforms. Also conducted daily audit and assigning of rooms to housekeeping staff.
